Compared with before, the data of many high-speed two-way traffic vehicles seems to be shrinking this year. Red Star journalists also confirmed the above statement to some extent from the total export and import traffic data of several high-speed vehicles in Sichuan Province, such as Chengnan, Chengwenqiong, Tianfu Airport, Chengbei, Chengya, Yurong, Chengzilu (Chengren Section) and Chengguan, which were obtained by the Sichuan Provincial Traffic Law Enforcement Corps (Office of Senior Management Bureau) on January 27th this year.
There is a big gap between Chengnan Expressway and Airport Expressway. The total flow of vehicles at the exit and entrance of Chengnan Chengdu Toll Station and Tianfu Airport Chengdu Toll Station are 55,540 and 38,270, 41,807 and 23,440 respectively, with a difference of more than 10,000 vehicles. The gap is smaller in Chengdu-Guancheng Expressway and Chengbei Expressway, but the gap is only a few thousand vehicles. Take Chengdu-Guancheng Expressway as an example. On January 28th, the data obtained by Red Star journalists from Sichuan Traffic Law Enforcement Corps (Office of Senior Management Bureau) showed that from 0: 00 on January 21st to 24: 00 on January 27th, the daily average traffic volume of expressway network in the whole province was 3.84 million vehicles, an increase of 30% compared with 2.96 million vehicles in the Spring Festival of 2019 and 17% compared with 3.28 million vehicles in the Spring Festival of 2022.
