On November 28th, the chairman and senior management of Henan Shanshui Environment changed in a centralized way, and CITIC Construction fully settled in. Chen Xiaojia from CITIC Construction is the chairman, and Yuan Junshan, the former chairman who just resigned, is the vice chairman. On July 3rd, Shanshui Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shanshui Environment) announced that Yuan Junshan, the chairman of the company, had signed the Share Transfer Agreement with CITIC Construction, the second shareholder, and Yuan Junshan planned to transfer 20 million shares of Shanshui Environment to CITIC Construction. After the transfer is completed, the number of shares held by CITIC Construction has changed from 97.5 million shares to 117.5 million shares, and the shareholding ratio has changed from 24.76% to 29.84%, making it the largest shareholder of Shanshui Environment. According to the announcement issued by Shanshui Environment on 28th, Chen Xiaojia was elected as the chairman of the company, and Yuan Junshan, the former chairman who just resigned, was appointed as the vice chairman. Yuan Junshan holds 96,066,500 shares of Shanshui Environment, accounting for 24.14% of the company’s share capital.
Dai Yihong is appointed as the secretary of the board of directors, and Dai Yihong holds 0 shares of the company, accounting for 0% of the company’s share capital.
Zhou Yujuan was appointed as the deputy general manager of the company, and Zhou Yujuan held 7,341,000 shares of the company, accounting for 1.86% of the company’s share capital.
