Enterprises can develop cultural industries and tourism by using real estate, land or production equipment and facilities such as cultural relics buildings, historical buildings, old factories and warehouses. Under the premise of not changing the main body of land use and planning conditions, they can keep the original use and right type of land unchanged within five years.
