The relevant information is hereby notified as follows:

I. General situation

From June 5 to 14, 2025, according to the inspection standards determined by the Evaluation Index, our office inspected 122 government websites that were running in the province, and found 9 government websites with outstanding problems, with a qualified rate of 92.62%; 969 new government media in operation in the province were randomly selected, and 266 were randomly selected, accounting for 27.45%. Seven new government media with outstanding problems were found, with a pass rate of 97.37%. After reviewing the government websites with outstanding problems in the first quarter of 2025, it is found that the portal website of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Hainan Province and the transportation network of Hainan Province have not been rectified.

Judging from the inspection, governments at all levels and departments in the province have conscientiously implemented the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council, the provincial party committee and the provincial government on deepening the openness of government affairs in the new era and strengthening the construction and management of government websites and new government media. Focusing on the central work of the provincial party committee and the provincial government and the public demand, they have deepened the digital reform of government efficiency and strengthened the policy propaganda and interpretation. The functions of publishing, handling and communicating between the provincial government websites and new government media have been continuously improved, and the management service level has been further improved.

(3) Further improve the rectification of problems and improve the quality and efficiency of government services.For the government websites and government affairs new media found to have problems in this inspection, the relevant municipal and county governments and units directly under the provincial government should take effective measures to rectify and put them in place in accordance with the requirements of the Assessment Indicators, and cancel the numbers one by one, so as to effectively put an end to the phenomenon of "rebounding while rectifying". For accounts with low frequency of use and weak practicability, they should be shut down and cancelled in time according to procedures, so as to effectively put an end to the phenomenon of "building but not using, using but not real".

Demonstrators "sell" Trump?

Before the congressional riots on January 6, Trump made a speech outside the White House, calling on the people to March peacefully and "fight" on his behalf. The arrested demonstrators have also "betrayed" Trump in disguise, and the first one is the "Tauren Shaman" who made a splash in the riots.

Douglas Sweet, another demonstrator who was arrested, told WTKR TV in Virginia that he went to Washington only because "Trump asked all patriots to be present, so he went".

Larry Brock, an air force veteran, rushed into the Capitol building with a guy, and was quickly arrested and charged by the US police. Other demonstrators also gave the same statement when interviewed by the US media. Brock said, "The president invited his supporters to attend, which I think is very important, because I love my country so much, so I went there." He also claimed that he thought he was "welcomed into the Capitol".

The report pointed out that these people did not testify in the House of Representatives, proving that they were incited by Trump to attack the Capitol, but they all admitted that they came to Washington, D.C. at Trump’s instigation and finally broke into Congress with the crowd.

But epps can’t say for sure what the result will be. He thinks it may depend on the jury’s thinking.

On the 12th, Trump made his first appearance after the riots in Congress, defending his speech, saying that his speech was "completely appropriate". The US media believes that this shows that Trump has no responsibility for the riots in Congress and has no regrets.

The first president to be impeached twice.

On the afternoon of January 13th, local time, the US House of Representatives passed the second impeachment case against Trump with 232 votes in favor and 197 votes against, and the charge was "sedition". This also made Trump the first president in American history to be impeached twice.
