Effectively link historical experience with the requirements of the times. The Communist Party of China (CPC) is a Marxist political party armed with scientific theories. Looking back on the course of the Party’s struggle, we can find that one of the important reasons why our Party has been able to create new glories through constant hardships and hardships and become more energetic after a hundred years of vicissitudes is that our Party has always attached importance to building the Party with ideas and strengthening the Party with theory, and insisted on arming the minds of party member cadres and educating the broad masses of the people with the Party’s innovative theories in various historical periods of revolution, construction and reform. In the course of struggle, our party has accumulated rich experience in strengthening theoretical armed forces, forming our party’s fine tradition and remarkable advantages. To accomplish the primary political task of propaganda and ideological and cultural work, we should better adapt to the requirements of the new era on the basis of inheriting and carrying forward historical experience, do a good job in deepening, internalizing and transforming the study and implementation of the party’s innovation theory, let the party’s innovation theory be more integrated into the mind, and let the whole party and the people of all nationalities unite into "a hard piece of steel" under the banner of the party, bringing together the majestic power of sharing a common dream.
Organically unite arming the whole Party and educating the people. General Secretary of the Supreme Leader pointed out: "When Socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era, it is necessary to unify its thinking and unite its strength as the central link of propaganda and ideological work." On the new journey, to comprehensively promote the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation with Chinese modernization requires the firm self-confidence, unity and unity of the whole party and the people of all nationalities.
