Wuhan, Hubei Province: From "three days for inspection" to "five days for inspection"
According to Changjiang Daily, since June 22nd, Wuhan citizens have to provide negative proof of nucleic acid test or information that nucleic acid has been sampled within five days when they enter various public places such as communities, schools and units.
The relevant person in charge of the epidemic prevention and control headquarters in COVID-19, Wuhan, said, "According to the current epidemic prevention and control situation in Hubei Province, the’ three-day inspection’ is now adjusted to’ five-day inspection’". The health code of the uninspected personnel should be given gray code management, and it can be automatically transcoded half an hour after the nucleic acid sampling is completed.
Hefei, Anhui Province: Normalized nucleic acid detection is suspended once every seven days.
On June 21, the People’s Government of Hefei City, Anhui Province announced that Hefei would suspend the free nucleic acid detection in the normalized area once every seven days from June 22. At the same time, we will continue to do a good job in testing services for those who come (return) to fertilizer and key populations. Previously, Hefei announced on June 18th that it would adjust the nucleic acid detection to once every seven days.
Lu ‘an, Anhui Province: Cancel the "five-day round" of daily nucleic acid testing.
On June 22nd, the Office of the Emergency Comprehensive Command for Epidemic Prevention and Control in COVID-19, Lu ‘an City, Anhui Province issued a notice to cancel the "five-day round" of daily nucleic acid detection, cancel the pop-up window prompt and assign yellow codes; Appropriately reserve nucleic acid sampling points in personnel gathering places to meet the needs of the masses.
Huainan, Anhui Province: Nucleic acid detection was suspended for 5 days.
According to the notice issued by official website, People’s Government of Huainan City, Anhui Province, and the comprehensive emergency command of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19, Huainan City, on June 21st, the normalized nucleic acid detection was scheduled to be suspended once every five days because Huainan City is a low-risk area.
Zhejiang: Normalized nucleic acid detection extended to 72 hours in Hangzhou and Ningbo.
On May 26th, the Office of the Leading Group for Epidemic Prevention and Control in COVID-19 issued the Notice on Adjusting the Frequency of Normalized Nucleic Acid Detection. Since 0: 00 on May 27th, the frequency of normalized nucleic acid detection has been extended from 48 hours to 72 hours. Persons who have not obtained the nucleic acid sampling or testing certificate within the specified time shall not enter public places or take public transportation.
On May 31, Ningbo also released similar information, adjusting the normalized nucleic acid detection to 72 hours.
Shanghai: The validity period of nucleic acid certificates in several hospitals was extended to 72 hours.
On June 21st, Shanghai Xinhua Hospital, Huashan Hospital, Shanghai Tenth Hospital, Shuguang Hospital and many other hospitals announced that outpatients and their families can take the negative proof of nucleic acid test within 72 hours (calculated from the sampling time) or the negative result of on-site antigen test (which can be completed at the entrance inspection point with their own antigen package). Previously, most medical institutions in Shanghai needed patients and accompanying family members to see a doctor with a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours.
The three provinces have direct access to low-risk returnees.
Recently, three provinces issued clear requirements that people from low-risk areas should no longer check negative nucleic acid certificates.
