Tian Xiusi
Guo Boxiong served as commander of Lanzhou Military Region, and promoted many cadres during his tenure. Tian Xiusi has worked in Lanzhou Military Region for nearly 40 years. Then, from September to November, 2016, the military continuously stated the theme of "eliminating Guo Xu’s poisoning" on several important occasions.
